Green colour with gold shades. Medium fruity with floral and predominant hints of almond. On the palate, are perceivable cut grass notes with green apple and aromatic herbs. Mild, balanced and harmonic in bitterness and pungency.
Perfect to use on light dishes such as salads, grilled fish, boiled vegetables and fresh cheeses.
